Join us for our STRIDE and SIP - Halloween Edition. STRIDE with us, followed by a SIP at Burgeon at the Arbor.

Feeling the Halloween spirit? Dress up on 10/30 for our 10:30am COMBO "Trick or Tread" class.
The COMBO class is a total body, total workout. Get the best of both worlds in this 55 minute treadmill and strength training class that combines heart pounding interval running or walking with toal body strength work to improve your overall speed, acceleration, and endurance.
At the end of class find out if you have a Trick or Treat in store. The coach will announce whether participants get a Trick, additional exercise movement OR a Treat, a gift from one of our partners, Lululemon, Burgeon Beer, Choice Juicery, and many more.
Following class, we will all head over to Burgeon at the Arbor for a complimentary 5oz beer with the purchase of any food item.
*please be sure that costumes will not get stuck in the treadmill.
