In this workshop we will be transforming a dry cured gourd into a beautiful whimsical lantern. We will be going through the steps of cleaning, outlining artwork, carving, and finishing up with wiring lighting and cord. This workshop will give you a peek into the wonderful world of gourd art. These natural lanterns are suitable indoors or out as a stunning focal point! Each student will take home a completed gourd lantern ready to hang in their home!
