Sunday Soulstice is designed to provide a space for our community to easily digest information that will help them find paths to their holistic wellness, from food intake to mindset, to understanding identity, awareness, and choice.

Each Sunday Soulstice is grounded in an intention or mantra that will allow us all to come together and vibrate on the same frequency.

There will be space for us to connect over music and a unifying conversation around the topic of the month.

This month we are ushering in 2022 with a new focus, Divine Alignment.

This Sunday Soulstice, we'll be celebrating the book release, "Being is Believing" with a guided activity on how to bridge the gap between your aspirations and your reality.
