Event Details
Our Chamber Series begins with one of the greatest cellists of our time performing what many call Johann Sebastian Bach’s greatest musical achievements: the Suites for Solo Cello. Bach’s Baroque dances capture the range of human emotions: from quiet introspection to joyous dancing and celebration. Alisa Weilerstein has performed these technically demanding suites around the world to critical acclaim. Suites 2, 4 and 6 will be featured on this program.
