This outdoor yoga class is CREATED FOR ALL LEVELS of practitioners and can be accessed by every body. Physically grounded, mentally energizing, emotionally balancing …JUST SHOW UP and be prepared to be centered and calm at the end of our session.
Movements are steady and deliberate, and will bring about strength, flexibility, focus and expansion of the heart.
EVERY CLASS IS DIFFERENT BUT FOLLOWS THE SAME TEMPLATE: meditation, breathwork, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, options for inversions, deep holds, back bends and eventually – the long awaited Savasana.
I come with a plan but always allow intuition to guide me so be open to listening in deeply to your own heart.

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR CLASS
You MUST pre-register for these classes
If there is inclement weather, we will need to reach you in a timely manner... so make sure you register early for class!
PARK at Ponto state Beach for a FEE or off-street parking for FREE
Do not walk through the hotel, walk up the steps to the Bluff from Ponto Beach parking of via the side of the hotel.
We WILL have mats, blocks and some blankets but bring your own if you'd like
IF there is inclement weather, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. You will be notified if you register.
There will be no refunds for missed or postponed classes - only credit for a future class.
If you walk up the stairs from the parking lot, you will find us! PLEASE REGISTER EARLY so that if the location shifts - you are aware and we can notify you.
*Special practices and events offered through other platforms are not included; only those offered through Dana Damara Yoga offerings.
*If you are a Founding Member, nothing will change – both in person and virtual practices are included. If you are not a Founding Member, the new 2022 memberships may include virtual practices only or in-person and virtual practice.
* I also offer discounts to students, those individuals experiencing financial hardship, single parents, and members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. Please reach out to me directly for a special code and pass link. No one will ever be turned away.
