| Through my experiences in life, particularly those experiences which center in bankruptcy and foreclosure, I have created a strategy for the elimination of 2nd mortgage debt.
I am not an attorney or real estate broker. I am a businessman who owns a well established company in the electrical industrial sector.
The strategy I have is simple, legal and effective and produces immediate results in eliminating 2nd mortgage debt. I have noticed that most homes in Arizona are close to a balanced position when the 2nd mortgage is not calculated. Many homeowners who are struggling right now would be a lot better off without their 2nd mortgage.
I charge a small fee for setting up the strategy. Before you pay this fee, you will meet me in person and review all documents and procedures involved in the strategy. It will be entirely your choice to whether you wish to proceed with the process. There is no risk to you.
All I can say is that this strategy has worked for me and others. It is not complicated, completely transparent to all parties involved and will get your home close to a balanced equity position.
