We're proud that Hotel Indigo's own Table 509 has become one of San Diego's most popular places to share a repast. Our Executive Chef has a lot to do with that and so does the menu that's crafted using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. In addition to a creative menu and daily specials, our modern decor includes big windows, an open, airy design and service that gets rave reviews of its own.

We think that the local goodness of the area really shines through when we choose the best from local orchards, vineyards, farmers and breweries. We have cultivated partnerships with Susie's Farms, Karl Strauss Brewery, Heavenly Cupcakes, Venissimo Cheese and many others. Because we eat seasonally, you never know what might show up on our menu, but you can bet it will be at the peak of freshness and flavor and that it won't last long. It's definitely in keeping with our dedication to sustainability and it's working out very well so far.
