I’m a seasoned veteran of the San Diego real estate industry with over 28 years of experience. I began my career at Voit Real Estate Services where I worked in commercial real estate for 21 years, earning the title of Senior Vice President. To date, I’ve leased and sold over three million square feet at a value that exceeds $1 billion. In 2010, I expanded into residential real estate in order to offer my clients a unique full-service hybrid approach to address all of their real estate needs. I was a top producer with over $50M in residential sales in 2012 at Sothebys and In fact, my first residential transaction was an $8M sale in La Jolla–the largest sale in La Jolla for a one-year period. In May 2014, I joined Canter Brokerage where I’ve been a driving force behind the growth of the division by taking a leadership role in their new Bird Rock location. I have a proven track record in commercial real estate providing a professional, analytical approach for all my residential clients. As a native of La Jolla, I’ve always been able to successfully leverage my extensive network and strong relationships within the community. Repeat clients and exemplary referrals drive a large portion of my business, reflecting my superior negotiating skills and excellent interpersonal relationships.
