Oceana Coastal Kitchen is partnering with local craft brewery Karl Strauss for an intimate and educational four-course pairing dinner. To complement each of the featured pours from Karl Strauss, Executive Chef Steven Riemer and Chef de Cuisine Todd Bencivenni are preparing a custom menu with fresh, ingredient-driven dishes. Perfect for beer enthusiasts and novices alike, a brew master from Karl Strauss will also be on-site to explain tasting notes and brewing processes.
