This experience is designed to bring you back to your natural, authentic and powerful Self
Event Details
We start the class warming up to some intense breath work inspired by the teachings of Wim Hof.
Following the breath work we dive deep into every part of our being by generating natural and organic frequencies to pull us into a high perspective behind all of our lenses.
From here we are able to see and sense what programs and loops have been running in our feild.
Once we see what is not congruent from a more simple space, we can let go.
The process to shift our life requires more removal rather than adding to.
What to bring:
- Mat and/or Blanket to lay on and/or to cover up with.
- Eye covering to heighten the experience.
- Crystals if you have them :)
