World Penguin Day is Wednesday, April 25, and you're invited to join us in celebrating at the Zoo's newly opened Conrad Prebys Africa Rocks with special activities and presentations.

PENGUIN AND SHARK EXHIBIT
9:30 a.m. Penguin Feeding with Dr. Zoolittle
10:30 a.m. Shark Feeding with Dr. Zoolittle (underwater viewing)
12:00 p.m. Deep water penguin snack
12:15 – 1 p.m. Keeper dive hosted by Dr. Zoolittle
2:00 p.m. Fish Feeding (underwater viewing)
3:00 pm. Penguin Feeding (beach/upper viewing)
ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS
11:00 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. (Africa Rocks stage)
OTHER PENGUIN DAY ACTIVITIES
10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Face painting
*Free to guests wearing black and white
10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Make your own penguin ID bracelet craft
*Our penguins wear name bands, but they also have color-coded, beaded “bracelets” on their wings. Each color corresponds to a number, and together the combination reflects their record number. Kids can choose their own ID number and make a matching bracelet for their preferred penguin.
9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Penguin exhibit- 360 video goggles
