Permanently Closed.. Memela's is a wonderful surprise in the city of Chula Vista California. This restaurant is filled with tacos, Thai food, and rock 'n' roll. We had curries (yellow and green) and our friends ordered Pad See Ew noodles and a State Burrito. The curries were very nice and spicy, flavourful, but a tange too sweet to our taste. It was a shame because the flavoring was really good.
